Plagiarism Policy

Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. The conference team will check the plagiarism level of submitted papers to ensure originality of content, with an acceptable limit of 30% including references.

Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to ICCVVIT 2027 will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process coordinated by the Technical Program Committee. Throughout the review process, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers will remain confidential, ensuring a fair, transparent, and unbiased evaluation.

Each submission will be assessed by experts in the relevant research domain based on its originality, technical quality, scientific contribution, relevance to the conference themes, clarity of presentation, and overall merit. Only papers that receive favorable review recommendations and satisfy the conference's quality standards will be accepted for presentation and inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Instructions for Authors

Guidelines for Preserving Anonymity in Double-Blind Review

To ensure a fair and impartial review process, authors must prepare and submit their manuscripts in accordance with the following double-blind review guidelines:

1. Remove the names, affiliations, email addresses, and any other identifying information of all authors from the manuscript before submission.
2. Enter the complete author information only in the Microsoft CMT submission system. The PDF manuscript submitted for review must not contain any author-identifying details.
3. Exclude acknowledgements, funding information, grant numbers, project names, and any other details that may reveal the identity of the authors. These may be added to the final camera-ready version after the paper has been accepted.
4. Avoid references to research laboratories, institutional websites, project titles, or any information that could enable reviewers to identify the authors through publicly available sources.
5. Ensure that the filenames of the manuscript and source files do not contain author names or other identifying information. Authors are also advised to remove personal information from the document metadata before submission.
6. During the review process, authors must not publicly post or distribute manuscripts with the same title and abstract on preprint servers (such as arXiv), institutional repositories, personal websites, mailing lists, or social media platforms. Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to another conference or journal is strictly prohibited.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy

Authors may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools solely for limited language editing and formatting assistance. The use of AI for generating technical content, research data, experimental results, figures, tables, references, or complete manuscripts is strictly prohibited. Any use of AI tools must be appropriately disclosed in the manuscript, and authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of the submitted work. Failure to comply with this policy may result in rejection of the manuscript or other actions in accordance with IEEE publication ethics.

IEEE No-Show Policy

ICCVVIT 2027 strictly follows the IEEE No-Show Policy. Authors of accepted papers must comply with the following presentation requirements:

Presentation Requirement

1. Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by at least one of the listed authors.
2. All presentations shall be conducted in offline (in-person) mode only.
3. The mode of presentation (oral or poster) shall be determined by the Technical Program Committee.
4. Remote, virtual, proxy, or pre-recorded presentations shall not be permitted, except where explicitly approved by IEEE under exceptional circumstances.
