Paper Submission

Author Guidelines & Policies

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high quality original, previously unpublished, experimental or theoretical research papers for presentation at the Conference. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The paper should be drafted in English and prepared in the prescribed conference paper format. Papers should normally be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 8 pages including figures, tables, and references. Submitted manuscripts will be peer reviewed by domain experts and the Technical Program Committee.

Authors should submit papers through the official submission system once the link is announced. Kindly do not submit the same paper multiple times, as duplicate submissions may lead to cancellation.

Plagiarism Policy

Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. The conference team will check the plagiarism level of submitted papers to ensure originality of content, with an acceptable limit of 30% including references.
